  Harbin shaftless screw conveyor manufacturer LS type screw conveyor is mainly used for conveying and mixing raw materials,generally using solid spiral blades,no hanging bearings,and single head ordinary screw conveyors with equal pitch.It consists of a rotating shaft with spiral blades and a material trough.The shaft is installed on the bearing seats at both ends of the material tank through bearings,and the shaft head at one end of the shaft is connected to the driving device.There are inlet and outlet ports on the top and bottom of the material tank.Its working principle is:when the material is added from the feeding port,when the shaft rotates,the material is subjected to the normal thrust of the spiral blade.The radial component of this thrust and the frictional force of the blade on the material may carry the material around the shaft,but due to the gravity of the material itself and the frictional force of the material groove on the material,it does not rotate together with the spiral blade.Instead,under the axial component of the normal thrust of the blade,it moves along the axial direction of the material groove.

  The LS type spiral conveyor,a manufacturer of shaftless spiral conveyors in Harbin,does not simply move in a straight line along the axis during the material conveying process due to the influence of the rotating screw.Instead,it moves in a spatial motion along the spiral axis in a composite motion.Let the spiral input be a standard single head spiral with equal pitch and diameter,and a helix angle ofα.When the helix angleαis in the unfolded state,the helix is represented by an oblique straight line.The motion analysis will be conducted on the material particle M located at a distance of r from the spiral axis.The filling coefficient of materials in the hopper has a significant impact on the transportation of materials and energy consumption.When the filling coefficient is small,the material stacking height is low,and most of the material is close to the outer side of the spiral,thus having higher axial velocity and lower circumferential velocity.The movement of the material in the conveying direction is much more significant than in the circumferential direction,and the sliding surface of the movement is almost parallel to the conveying direction.At this time,the additional material flow perpendicular to the conveying direction weakens,and energy consumption decreases;On the contrary,when the filling coefficient is high,the slip surface of material movement is very steep,and its movement in the circumferential direction will be stronger than that in the conveying direction,which will lead to a decrease in conveying speed and consumption of additional energy.Therefore,it is advantageous to take a small value for the filling factor,generally with a value of less than 50%.In addition,the size of the tilt angle also has a certain impact on the filling coefficient.
