  Product Introduction

  The aeration tower is located at the front of the iron and manganese removal filter and consists of a cylinder,a spray device,a filler(plastic hollow ball),a blower,and a delayed reaction water tank.Iron and manganese containing water enters the aeration tower and sprays downwards from the upper end,forming small water droplets on the surface of plastic hollow spheres.Air enters the tower from the lower part of the aeration tower through a centrifugal fan.The reverse movement of water and wind causes small water droplets on the surface of the hollow sphere to form a water film.Oxygen in the air comes into full contact with the water film,allowing oxygen to be fully dissolved in the water.After aeration,the water flows into the middle reaction water tank through the outlet pipe at the bottom of the tower for further reaction.It is pressurized by the middle pump and enters the manganese sand filter.The divalent iron comes into contact with the manganese sand to undergo catalytic reaction and become trivalent iron,which is then filtered and adsorbed by the manganese sand to remove iron ions from the water.
