The sewage expander is connected to the continuous sewage outlet of the boiler and is used to reduce pressure and expand the continuous sewage of the boiler. The sewage is adiabatically expanded and separated into secondary steam and waste hot water in the continuous sewage expander, and then discharged after expansion, pressure reduction, and heat exchange in the expander. The secondary steam is led out by a special pipeline, and the waste hot water is automatically discharged through a float level valve or overflow regulating valve, and the thermal energy can be recovered and reused. The continuous discharge rate is automatically adjusted with the change of boiler feedwater load to maintain a relatively stable discharge rate

Working principle of sewage expander:The boiler sewage is continuously and uniformly connected to the sewage expander. The sewage moves tangentially in the cylindrical partition in the middle of the shell and immediately vaporizes into secondary steam. It is separated into steam and water by the upper louver type steam water separator, and then introduced into the deaerator through the outlet at the top of the continuous discharge. The remaining sewage is discharged through the water level regulating valve.
