Process flow of iron and manganese removal equipment

The well water in the aeration device is pressurized by a self-priming pump and enters the aeration device, which mainly allows the well water to fully contact with oxygen in the air;The process of rapidly precipitating low valent iron ions and low valent manganese ions in water by using oxidation methods to oxidize them into high valent iron ions and high valent manganese ions. The well water after aeration in the sedimentation tank reaches the sedimentation tank for sedimentation. After sedimentation, the clear water is pressurized by a booster pump and enters the iron and manganese removal system.

When the iron concentration in groundwater is between 5-10mg/l and the manganese concentration is between 1-2mg/l,or when groundwater contains only iron but no manganese and the iron concentration is around 10mg/l,aeration single-stage iron and manganese removal filtration can be used.Process flow:groundwater→deep well pump→aeration device→water tank→filtration pump→iron and manganese removal device→reservoir→water using unit.

If the groundwater contains high levels of iron and manganese,i.e.iron greater than 10mg/l and manganese greater than 2mg/l,aeration two-stage iron and manganese removal filtration should be used.

Process flow:Groundwater→Deep well pump→Aeration device→Water tank→Filtration pump→Primary iron and manganese removal device→Secondary iron and manganese removal device→Reservoir→Water using unit
